Biography
Senior Lecturer, Rural and Real Estate Practices.
Dr Emmanuel Esezobor is a Senior Lecturer in Rural and Real Estate Practices at the Royal Agricultural University. Emmanuel has expertise in valuation, property development & appraisals, and construction management. He has over 20 years experience working in academia and the real estate industry both in the UK and abroad. Before joining RAU, he has worked as a real estate lecturer at London South Bank University and Birmingham City University.
Emmanuel has worked in a number of local and international projects including the EU-funded EDRF retrofit project of over 250 houses in the West Midlands. His research interest covers the following subject areas:
- Capturing sustainability in property valuation
- Commercial real estate
- Sustainable construction management.
